"The head coach has the major responsibility for moving the team forward, no matter how much we blame the players or the assistant coaches. Holly played for and coached with one of the best. Maybe she can’t see the real issues with this team. We are still making mistakes and turnovers as we have been doing the last six years. The LVs actual record is totally misleading.

If you we throw out the 21 wins because of bad opponents, teams having bad nights, favorable astrological alignments, and so forth, the real standing of the lady vols is 0-25. In fact, the LVs have not a "real" game since Holly took over and that will never a "real" game while she is coach. Wins will always reflect extraneous factors (TRUTH BY DEFINITION!).

There is a segment of LV "fans" that is pioneering new ways of "supporting" the team.

And it for the most part inaccurate. But I just do not have the energy tonight to address each point. This subject is SO TIRED.

ANYONE ELSE FEEL THIS WAY?

The term is selective perception, only seeing what confirms your preconceptions. This post is one great litany of selection perceptions.

Let' s just take the one I have highlighted. Forcing the ball into MR was a problem last year but it has only occasionally been a problem this season. Instead, the team has MR moving off the block, setting screens, or taking what has become a solid mid range jumper to counter these double and triple team tactics. So that is the reality; this year's team is playing differently than last years' but many posters refuse to update their perceptions and ironically lament that Holly never changes or can't see what is going on.

Holly will always be not the right coach for the Lady Vols for some posters and you know what, it wound't matter who would be coaching the lady vols right now cos some they cannot accept the fact Pat is no longer with us, physically. Holly, Pat would be proud of the job you are doing.

Alabama beat LSU, played Missouri close and lost to MSU by 14 at MSU. They have experienced guards and a good head coach.

Tennessee by 6.

Bama does not have a chance. LVs are much more talented. There is no way LVs lose this one
