the Lady Vols looked pretty good against A&M,hopefully they have turned the corner for the year and will continue to play Tennessee basketball for the rest of the year

It worked so well last game had to post the pic again. If we keep winning by 20 have to be superstitious and put it up.
We played so well at Texas A&M I kept looking to see if I was watching the Lady Vols they were awesome that day.:)

They played Kentucky a close game but I think were better than Kentucky.

don't be breaking any superstitions that may be helping volfan :) and they did look really well against the undefeated SEC leaders

Arkansas will put a well coached team on the floor against our Lady Vols.They are not as athletic as our girls,but they use their skills wisely.Lady Vols should take them out of their comfort zone and beat them by 15 points or more.I hope our LVs continue the way they played at A&M and that their game there was not an aberration.Also anxious to see if the cohesiveness is there with Massengale back on the court.Maybe losing her for one game gave the other players more incentive to compete harder and smarter.Go Lady Vols!!!

hopefully Massengale will be ready to go and has seen how well Carter did Ben and thanks for some info on the Razorbacks

it was nice to see the Lady Vols play 2 halves of good basketball against A&M,like others have said hopefully the light has came on and they play some good consistent basketball the rest of the year

Arkansas started the season 13-0 before they began SEC play. Since then, they are 2-5. However, they were all single digit losses except for a 10 point loss on the road to KY. South Carolina only beat them by 4.

They seem like another of these middle tier SEC teams like Florida or Georgia who can definitely put a game together and beat you if you're not ready to play. But, on the other side of the coin, if the Lady Vols come out as they are capable of playing, at home, I hope we can give them their biggest defeat.

This is an important game in the sense that these next 3 games will probably be the "easiest" the schedule gets the rest of the way, so we want to capitalize on it with three wins before a much needed revenge game against Vandy.

Their OOC schedule isn't stellar although it's worth noting they did beat MTSU who wasn't ranked at the time but is now. And, they beat Kansas by 11 who beat Baylor by 16.

i didn't know that MTSU is ranked,congrats to them,it is all ways good to see Tennessee teams do go,until they play the Vols :)

I still wonder why Baylor dodged the Vols this year ?

BASKETBALL (W)


Upset special Missouri over Vandy. Texas A&M better be on their game vs. Auburn. Kentucky at Georgia will be a good game.

Still no word on Massengale guess it will be a game time decision. Calling the game tonight is Dave Baker with Lachina Robinson doing the color commentary.
