What I wrote in the opening is what I would have said in a pre-game...except for the "win-keep winning" part.
at least, that would have been the opening minute or two,,,Then I would let each player (each player that needed to hear the "right words", anyway...) know what was expected of them,,,Expectations to my Alphas and encouragement for my Betas., game plan,,,"any questions,,,rituals (prayers, etc)...One last word,,,Game on

They'll find it because I know,
they're looking for it....
more importantly they know what I know...
No matter what happened in season...If this team peaks in the SEC tourney and wins the SEC tourney ..."it don't matter, Jabroni",,,
We are in that NCAA tourney and Charlie Cream and others will be smiled at when it happens.

The regular season is only the first act...
The fat lady sings on the last act (SEC).

"As long as you are playing,, there's always something to play for!"

And a big no to an NIT invite...You don't make the tourney,,, go home!

If you look at our offensive rebounds compared to second chance points it all makes sense. We can’t hit a layup to save our souls. For every offensive rebound you should add 1 point to your total score. Meaning you should score a basket on at least every other offensive rebound. I’d bet we’re closer to scoring on 1/4 of our oboards this season because they can’t hit a layup.

If you were coaching Tennessee you would tell your players not to let number 0 shoot a three we don't seem to have the sense to know that. She is the difference in the game.

Well I'm sure she told them that the zone is meant to stop 3s (It was in the scout) but... that's not exactly happening. These 3's a wide open. They started out alright in the first couple minutes of the 1st quarter with quick crisp passes but man they don't finish well with OR without contact under the basket it's crazy.

I have posted this before, but we could score more if they just let Westbrook shoot every possession and tell everyone else to rebound. It would be far superior to whatever Holly is trying to do now
