If ETSU was hitting their freebies this could be tied. That is scary. This should easily be a 30-50 point win.

No rebounding presence either.

Very bad half, if we were playing a mid tier team or even a healthy ETSU we would be in big trouble.

I am not surprised at this performance. I was at the game Tuesday night and I was very proud of the Lady Vols. They stayed in the game against an outstanding Stanford team, came back, and had a chance to win it, in spite of the fact that they were quite obviously out coached. It made me so angry when Holly used her post game presser to shame her players, stating adamantly that they gave no effort, rather than taking any personal responsibility as the head coach. Her team hung in there with what I am certain will be a final four team, and she could not give them any credit or encouragement. I saw a team that played hard and with a lot of heart. I don’t know what kind of coach does that to her players. And of course the SEC network had to play a clip of her comments on this broadcast. I don’t know why any young athlete would want to play for her. I saw a great coach Tuesday night but it was not her.

We’re up 10 at the half but something must be done about our passing. Tons of turnovers and lack of offensive rhythm are due to careless passes. Something about this game is just off. Hard to put a finger on it.

If I ever see Harris , London and KK , playing together again ...... at the same time ????? I can think of NO RATIONAL REASON!!!!!
Holly might as well played the managers and a few cheerleaders! 🤷‍♂️

The girl that scored 33 points against us for Stanford 1 of 7 from the field and 4 points against Buffalo. I guess she wore her arm out making them on us. The sad thing is Buffalo held Stanford to 39 percent from the field and lost by seven as Smith had an amazing game and was the only Stanford player that did.

ETSU has outscored us after that inital 9-0 run. Let that sink in for a second. A 2-12 team without their best player and with their second best player on the bench for a considerable amount of time.
