If Louisville beats UConn they deserve the number one. I just don't see them doing that. Understand your doubt about the number one seed, but saying they don't have a #2 seed is a little of a stretch. Of course they have to win tomorrow or the talk of number one seeds is for naught.

Kentucky is ranked 12th in the AP and 13th in the USA Coaches poll

the Lady Vols have been playing really great in the SEC Tournament so far,hopefully they can get off to a good start for this game,there may be a 1 seed for the NCAA Tournament on the line

A win tomorrow I think were the fourth number one seed. We must win to get that seeding. It would be huge for the team to get that seed even though all the twos are gonna be great teams.

Uh, who the heck cares about Duke at this point? Even if they manage to beat North Carolina AND Notre Dame which seems pretty unlikely, they are ranked #10 in the AP. If UT wins over UK, they will have an SEC title, have avenged 3 of their 5 losses, one of the toughest schedules in the country, AND one of the most impressive resumes in the country, too. They were last ranked #6 in the AP and will likely move to #4 IF they beat UK AND Louisville loses to UCONN. And, IF that happens, they deserve the #1 seed regardless of what Duke does.

Duke's #1 seed ship has sailed UNLESS UT loses, Louisville loses, West Virginia loses, and they beat North Carolina and Notre Dame. ALL of that would have to happen for Duke to get a #1 imo.

Very tough game since they got Stallworth back gives them four five star players. Still if we keep O'Neil under control I think we win. I hope Simmons shoots 20 for 20 today. Burdick 14 for 15 if that happens think we win.:)

You have a point but NCAA doesn't agree with you. Duke's RPI is higher than ours right now.

My Four Keys: Keeping O'Neil under wraps, less than 10 turnovers, out rebound them, hit free throws.

P.S.-If Simmons shoots 20 shots we're toast.

I still think Stanford keeps their 1 seed. We're competing with Duke for that final spot. But, it doesn't really matter we're going to have to go through them to get to final 4 either way.

If Kentucky beats us today they'll probably get the last 2 seed and be in UConn's bracket. Better for them if they get the first 3 seed.

The new rules may help us in that regard. I said the rules would hurt KY more than anyone at the start of the year and they are just now adjusting to them.
