It in no way ruins the season if we lose, but wow winning will be elation that we haven't felt in a while. Been a while since we beat a top ten team.

Tennessee will look to control the tempo from the tip-off.
The Lady Vols 10 player rotation is arguably the deepest in WBB. I recently saw that the LVs are 3rd in bench ppg, 1st in ppg, 1st in offensive rebounds, and 3rd in steals ppg.
That is flat out tremendous numbers!
Tennessee with the emergence of Kaniya Boyd and Alyssa Latham in particularly on the defensive end have 8-9 SEC caliber starters. Latham and Boyd are on pace to become two of the best defensive players in the SEC.

I think that Oklahoma getting a 7 point win with Tennessee scoring 90 is pretty unlikely unless they shoot out of their minds from 3. If UT is scoring at their normal rate, it probably means the game is a track meet, which is bad for OU. 75-68 could easily happen if the game gets bogged and it's nothing but halfcourt sets (OU wins if this happens) but if a team sniffs 100, it's probably UT winning by double digits.

Well, I don't know jack about this years team, and I am not making an informed pick. Just #9 vs. #15 I think.
Just excited to see the LVs play a speedy game. Can't wait to see the game today. The first I've been able to watch for free.

It literally doesn’t matter? Everyone is gonna play the minutes they usually play. Anyone can get hot. I’d rather see us put our best 5 out there the first 3 minutes and see if we can get off to a hot start.

The fact that the LVs will be fun to watch win or lose helps hold back the nerves, for me anyway. We've already beaten 4 Power teams counting the scrimmage blowout on top 20 UNC, so we've proven we're legit, now it's just time to keep growing into what we need to be by March. Individual games aren't do or die, not yet. USC will drop some games to some good teams in this conference besides us, so we're in contention for a regular season championship no matter happens today. (well, except for an injury to a key player)
