Female ref wanting the jump ball and not calling the shot clock

I think they were all female refs.

Why TF did Puckett take that shot? I know she was wide open but damn a Cooper drive to the basket would have most certainly been a better option. But wow what a great game! Lady vols look tough despite the loss.

Props to OK for knowing that and not even bothering to guard her.

Very, very, very bad decision by Kim to have Pucket in at the end and allowing them to guard us 5 on 4.

You have great drivers in Coop and Ruby on the floor and you let Sara shoot it. Jewel is the only player I would’ve been OK shooting a 3 at that point because she was hot. Man.

Never fun to lose, but as far as losses go(which are inevitable), you can’t ask for anything better than a hard fought comeback with a chance to win it on the final shot.

Puckett didn’t look comfortable there. She was hoping to not be that open I think

I was very surprised she was in the game. But when she ended up that open, I thought taking the shot was fine but you are right, she did not look confident in spite of making one earlier.

Im not a fan of Sara at all but she shoots 3s and was WIDE open in an offense that teaches you to shoot. Can’t blame her. Just hate not having the ball in Cooper or Spear’s hands to end it

Unreal. She is the worst decision maker on the team and we give her the ball with 6 seconds left. Turn and set a rub screen handoff to cooper and let her go to the hoop.

It was wide open and in rhythm. We didn’t have time to pass up a look like that. No guarantee a better shot would’ve come.
