I am a blue hair and you are right about that .If one observes who attend games ,the blue hairs take it every time.I too have now resigned myself to the Lady Vols being mediocre for the rest of my life span because I do not see UT replacing Holly and unfortunately that spells further decline in the program.I will continue to support the Lady Vols in everything and every sport but Basketball will never be at the top of the pinnacle again in my lifetime.Get used to it Lady Vol fans ....that is how it is now and how it will be in the immediate future without a dynamic leader of the program who can recruit to regenerate what used to be the "bell cow " of Women's Basketball.

Man, there are a bunch of drama queens on this board. Extreme feelings both ways. Folks would be a lot happier if they would just level off the highs and lows a bit.

I don't like to settle for anything, but I don't pull my hair out hen things go awry and I don't jump over the moon because one good thing happens. I asked it before and I'll ask it again, who do you get if you fire Holly. I've not heard one good answer that was close to reality. Do I want better? Yes. I just don't want another Dooley hire but it's a moot point. Holly isn't going anywhere so people just need to shut up about it and move on.

No. Just being realistic. Hart isn't going to make a move. Period. It's wasted energy to keep going on and on about something that's not going to change this year. Go bang your head on a wall or something. It will be just as productive. :banghead2:

Exactly and that is what I have finally done.I have no expectations of being in Top 4 again in my lifetime with Holly at the helm ....it just will not happen.Recruiting is in the toilet and Holly does not have the capacity to inspire ,to recruit and is also woefully deficient on X's and O's.

Cooper is just a freshman and, like I said, you can at least see her talent. Nared?? Not so much. No court awareness, no bball IQ, not a lot of skill. If I see her have a wide open point blank layup one more time, only to hesitate while essentially waiting on the defense to come defend her only to then have her shot blocked/altered after she executes a couple of useless headfakes......

"Who you gonna get?" Is a tired argument. The Dooley comparison is silly. If thats the worry you have another hire to make above the coach. The foundation, infrastructure and fan base is there.

If you are unwilling to make a move you are satisfied with what you are getting in this case. Hart wont make the move, but that is irrelevant to a message board as well.
