I'm going to miss Burdick. I love her competitive spirit, and she has been our best player, from beginning to end, this year. She's had a super year--and let's hope she keeps it going.

We would be co-champs I thought if SC loss and we win. They would get the 1 seed.

That is what the announcer said. I don't know what the official ruling is but normally the tie breaker is head to head play in most leagues. Maybe it doesn't apply since we did not play a home and home with them and it would be unfair for an away game to be the determining factor?

We have been a better offensive team without Izzy. It has nothing to do with Izzy; but without her we've played fundamental team offense, meaning we are moving the ball and whoever is open takes the shot. That is the way offense should be played. We are not FORCING the ball into the paint, and Izzy always acted like she had to shoot whether she was open or not. Massengale has been an absolutely different player since Izzy's injury; it seems to have strangely freed her up mentally--can't explain it. We've shot the ball so well the last couple of games. A little while ago, we started trying to get the ball to Graves every possession--and we immediately turned the ball over twice.

Moore has played good defense tonight. I've noticed that.
All good points. Her rebounding will be missed more than anything

South Carolina will still be the 1 seed by virtue of the head to head win. But from a record book standpoint if KY holds on to this lead it will go down as 2015 South Carolina & Tennessee.

Middleton will never be able to stop a good, quick guard with the ball. That is her achilles heel.

A lot of our players seem to have more confidence in their shots now that they are allowed to take them. Odd how that works.

Nice way to end--good job by Carter. Great game by this team. We are playing well.

As a side note, if Kentucky holds on it would be only the second co-championship in SEC regular season history. The only other shared championship was Georgia and Tennessee in 2000.

Wow, these refs are unbelievably bad...

I assume you are talking about that over the back call on Bishop.

In all seriousness do they have sessions with these refs as like a "heres what you missed on the test" after the games are completed?

In no way am I disrespecting what UK did in this win, but if South Carolina had played this bad we would have taken them to the woodshed in Columbia. Home court is such a huge advantage. Good news is by taking our medicine in Columbia next year, we will at least get one game in Knoxville next year.

This is brutal and is why SEC teams do poorly in the tournaments... they have to play too physical in league play.

That and about 100 other fouls they have overlooked. Dual possession seems to be a very flexible concept for these refs.

Bodies are flying everywhere. It is as bad as I have seen.

I think we would have beaten SC in Knoxville just like they beat us there. I think they come to Knoxville next season so we'll find out if were all still here.

Staley gets a lot of calls from her yelling and screaming. I hope she doesn't become Kim Mulkey
