I agree we started to heat up from 3 in that 4th quarter against MTSU. Hoping that carries over. We are starting to get better looks from 3 especially off the oboards.

Didn’t feel like we took quite as many bad quick ones the other night, we got more in the halfcourt and our shooters were wide open.

If Jewel, Tess, Sarah, Sam and company all shoot their normal percentage on the same day is game over for teams. So far they haven’t all been able to put it together.

Maybe today's that day! 4-5 from 3 to start this game.

It’s doing exactly what it needs to though. Speeding them up and making them miss easy shots early in the shot clock. That’s a verifiable nightmare for Liberty.

So far I gather that isn’t what she’s coaching them to do. You need to be responsible for your player and clog passing lanes.

I have a hard time being bothered by it so far. It’s certainly not what you’re used to, but we’re up 19 after 1 and they had 3 points for most of that quarter lol.

Clearly something about her defensive philosophy works.
