This team is not a bit better at the end of the year than they were at the beginning.

It is almost like you picked up a bunch of kids at a bus stop who have never played with each other before.

That is what is so frustrating, & when someone is throwing up crazy shots, making just stupid turnovers or not doing their assignment, there are no consequences (p!aying time and/or a stern convo from the coach)
