I really like that play with Rickea inside and Tess playing off her on the perimeter - the help defender has to decide whether to double Rickea or leave Tess open for a 3. She missed it that time but it's a nice play for us. Would love for us to run that with Spear, too (maybe we do but I've never noticed it).

my problem is she dribbles off her foot , off her knee, off the opposing player, and mostly just tosses the ball in the general direction of the hoop

I worry for Hollingshead. Losing her Mother at the beginning of her college career not to mention at such a young age. So we have no idea what she may be dealing with. I am glad she is still wearing the orange and doing what her mother was so proud of her for.
