Great win! Team played well. Jackson is a special player and will be greatly missed next year. As Catch said, " She could have played for Pat Summitt." High praise from another special player.

Spear is a different player with the ball in her hand. She dribbles with purpose creating great angles for post entry passes. It seems she creates her rhythm by moving off the bounce. In my opinion, she struggles finding rhythm when used as a spot up shooter only.

Bama pulled it out and if SC beats the LV's Sunday and Bama beats A&M then both teams have a 10-6 record with Bama having the tie breaker ,ie fourth place and byes until Friday of tourney. So if I am reading the beet leaves correctly the LV's will play on Thursday against the Georgia/ Missouri game ( Wednesday ) .

I really don't mind the five spot play a warmup game and then play the four seed. If you lose the warm up game just more time to practice and get ready for the NCAA. Two games in a row doesn't fatigue a team very much it is usually that third game late when it takes a toll.

Senior night, led the whole way, out rebounded them, controlled TOs, assist/To =1, some great individual performances and yet a couple of posters b’d and moaned with every post. 09 at least quit posting in the 4th when it was apparent we were going to win. Just really amazing. SMH.

Saw where there has never been a team with at least 8 SEC conference wins that hasn't made the NCAA Tourney. We have 10 in easily.

Now TF a way opens Tennessee could get get a seven seed
That set up Tennessee vs Yukon's huskies in the Second round NCAA tournament.

Probably jump up from a eight seed to A Six seed NCAA tournament
Wouldn't put any money on it.
Doubt you would get much action around here if your pick South Carolina Gamecocks at home.
That win would be worth a two seed jump or better.

If she did score 40 SC still should win they are that good and you know that. We both know that Kellie is not going to out coach Dawn or anyone else and you know it’s time for a coaching change. She had subs coming in as soon as she could tonight a good coach would have put this game out of hand by halftime A&M is not a good team. Kellie will never get the players she needs to win a championship

No matter which of those seeds we get, we're looking at a tough 2nd-round game, and maybe a difficult first-round matchup.
