Really happy for Hollingshead on a day that Key struggled a bit. 7 points, 4 blocks(!), 2 boards, 2 assists, and didn't miss a field goal.I’ve wondered why we didn’t feed Sara more when she’s hot, and we did today. It wasn’t a pretty win, but I feel good that we could get that without huge contributions from Rickea and TK. Nervous about tomorrow though! Gotta get our lick back against Bama.
The history books won't have an asterisk by the win, so it doesn't really matter how poorly we played, but oof let's hope that's not indicative of things to come in the post-season.

Second half was outstanding 19 for 31. First half 8 for 31 so a tale of two halves.I mean, 44% from the field, 36% from 3, 50 boards, 17 assists, and only 13 turnovers. I kind of want more of that? I think? I won’t call it an amazing game but it’s not like it was bad? Seems kind of decent?
The 13 turnovers in particular is a great stat for them in the context of their season.

Some of her moves had me audibly gasp like, “Sara! I didn’t know you could do that.” Really happy for her.We did, especially the looks she got in the post. Her teammates were looking for her and finding her in rhythm. Puckett's not exactly the Steph-type player that you run off 5 screens for an open three, she's a great set shooter with some surprisingly good post moves.
Kentucky was playing their last game of the Szn … this was everything. They also came out on a high winning yesterday. Great win today.Wouldn’t be surprised to see them come out and play like a S16-caliber team tomorrow. Everything that could’ve gone wrong today did - minus injuries. Yes, Kentucky is a *bad* team. Bad. However, it doesn’t take much for our team to fall apart.
They seemed to come out tight and when RJ went to bench in the 1st half, the pressure increased.
