The NIT is now run by the NCAA. You shouldn't be surprised they have ridiculous rules. That's what the 'AA specializes in promulgating.

I bet since it is ESPN Radio they get special consideration because they are broadcasting the game on ESPNU.

What's up with the offensive fouls? Just saw a sequence on the gamecast where Lofton, Passley, and JaJuan had offensive fouls in a two minute span.
