With a ton of upsets around college baseball yesterday, I had a thought that this team is unlikely to get upset in a midweek because of how strong the pitching depth is. Vandy lost last night because of an absurd amount of walks, and for the most part the upsets last night were high scoring ball games. Our pitching staff just won’t be in those games against inferior teams. Once SEC play comes around I’m sure we will get tagged a couple of times but not against these mid majors.
