Win 8 is an insult to PC users and must be given a quick death. I don't think I've ever been more frustrated with a PC than when I first tried to navigate Win 8. If I wanted bull!@#$%, I'd go buy a Mac!

It makes Vista look AWESOME

The way I did my was I order parts weekly and order them in the order I would put them in the tower. Which went like this.......
Week 1
1. CM storm stryker full tower
week 2
2. ASUS ROG Rampage IV extreme motherboard
week3
3. Intel 3930k CPU
4. Corair H100i rad
5. G. Skill Ripjaw 32GB DRAM
week 4
6. Samsung SSD hardrive
7. Samsung DVD rom
8. Corsair 1200i 1200w PSU
week 5
9. Nvidia GTX690
10. logitech mouse
11. Windows 7 pro

I'm using my old dell monitor and keyboard until I decide what I'm going to go with next. I broke it up in weeks because I couldn't make myself order it all at once. I order everything from newegg.com.

Thanks man! Im gonna order all at once but its gonna be a week or two before i do it! I believe i can do it woth no problems. Do you still jave your ps3? Think i deleted you once it said you hadnt been on in 3 months lol

Still have it, but I'm hooked on dayZ now. I doubt I'll play BF3 anymore.

1200W and 32GB of ram seems like overkill. That is some serious horsepower.

Is it common for a PS to sound like a small jet engine taking off? The one I bought awhile back was super loud, had to take it out and put in a smaller one, couldn't take the noise. Pretty sure it was an 850 watt.

My radiator fans are probably the loudest fans. They crank up a little playing dayZ, but still it maybe a little louder than my old dell XPS.

My DRAM is still not stable.The way I understand is its the luck of the draw to get a CPU that can run that much ram. I think once I update my bios it will become more stable.

Go to Ibuypower.com they have great gaming Towers. That are cheaper then what it would take to build ur own.

I can't imagine what all you would need to run to take advantage of 32 gb of ram. Lol

So basically I probably need 16.9, so I will shoot for the moon with 32 eventually.

I put it on hold, ended up putting that money up for a vacation. I may never build one now since ps4 is releasing. Plus all my friends play console so not really worth throwing that much money into one
