Not defending him, but there are several viruses that hijack a computer and direct it download child porn and seed it.

I know I've accidentally stumbled across it. You have to be incredibly careful in this day and age and if you're not highly computer literate, it can land you in a lot of trouble.

The charges say "knowingly distributed". I doubt they would charge him unless they knew this was the case. This investigation has been going on since Nov.

I got sidetracked... wasn't specifically talking about him. Child Pornography usually results in a verry egregious knee-jerk from most folks and that has the potential to rob what could easily be victims of a fair trial.

I wasn't saying that is the case on this guy. He had a significantly larger amount of investigation (we're assuming by knowledgeable people) to prove his guilt whereas if someone takes their computer in to Best Buy and someone finds some child porn where there is no investigation and no context to the material being there.

There is website something like sexual predators that a friend in law inforcemnt told me about and these are just the ones registered probably not the name changers and transports.It will tell you how close some of these maggots live to you.Its scarey.
