I don't know could have been the ole Tennessee curse seems like every time we knock out a teams starting QB the back up comes in and kills us. Seen it happen before it is just something about backups.

I think Murphy did pretty well, especially given the circumstances.

I wouldn't hold onto any dreams of SEC East titles this year, though. You guys are Ron Zook bad, IMO.

I'm seriously not trying to be an ass because we lost. UT has a long, long way to go. But you guys looked sloppy, at best.

I thought he looked good and probably gave you a better chance against us....we would have had a better chance if Worley had started. Oh well. I hope you guys take it to Ga....and I hope we can too.

I thought Driskel gave us our best shot coming into the game and after the pick 6 I thought we could win that game. When I saw him going to the locker room I knew we were in trouble. I believe you are better off with Murphy.

It does not matter, UF is going nowhere except a crappy bowl. We are awful, you are slightly better, big deal.

IMHO.. I HATED that Driskell lost his season on a run of the mill sack. Murphy looked good. If anything this game really gave him some confidence moving forward against a tough schedule. UGA will not be nearly as forgiving and some of the arm tackling that Murphy encountered this past weekend... instead it will be a solid shoulder pad or face mask against from more experienced and talented defenses.

UF has a tough rest of the year.

He looked good against UT. But the UT D has never done well against running QBs. Other teams will have game film of him now. It remains to be seen how he will do going forward in the SEC. But it was certainly a good debut for him.

I don't know that you will be better off with him; however, you won't be worse off with him. He can run very well. I'm not sure about his arm though that was a hell of a throw in the 3rd quarter to extend the drive. Against a more experienced defense with more depth, he might be a better option. Jeff Driskel seems to be "feast or famine". I don't believe that either quarterback is a "worldbeater". I really hate that Driskel broke his ankle. I love to hate the Gators, but it is all in the name of competition. I don't want to see any of these young men hurt. At the end of the day, they are all just young men.

I was at the game and the gator fans beside me cheered when driskel went out. I think you are better off with murphy..

Driskel looks scared all the time. That said, i would take him over our QB situation any day of the week...

He frustrated me because he kept executing the 3rd down conversions...particularly 3rd and longs.
