If we need bulletin board material to get us fired up for UF, then we have major problems.

I don't think they need it. But anything said in this manner is just more gas on the already raging fire. I guarantee you that many of his fellow D players esp the big eaters up front are not happy he ran his D skinner.

Forget about originality...think about the TEAM first. His response was well though out and logical - it is rare in this day and age of ego's that you ge that type of response.

It is the same response that Kobe Bryant gave during the basketball season and the same thing Chad Johnson said about two weeks ago when a db (can't remember who it was) ran his mouth about Johnson. So it wasn't well thought out. What does his comment do for the team?

I am new to this forum. Anyways I think that he should have kept his mouth shut , but then again I thought that Clausen should have also when he said he could beat ga with one hand tied behind his back. If I am the FL coach that fool is riding the pine for the game. Let the coaches do the media thing , and you do the football thing. I sure hope it bits them in the *ss.

In years past our guy would have responded with some smart comment about how he is going to do this and that...I just think that it shows a humble attitude and good leadership...that is what it does for the team.....:victory:
