You talk about embarrassing….when your head coach has to go to the media and beg for patience that’s the pits. Trying to get Florida fans to realize what a colossal failure this hiring was is mind boggling. Go online and read The Advocate Newspaper article dated August 10 2022 about how Kelly came in and built LSU. They keep harping about Kelly had players there and it’s utter BS
Read the article he basically had nothing there and he had to use the portal and build a team. Billy on the other hand had pretty much a full complement of players.
Now look at where both teams are, Richardson is a body with no brains. You can’t fix him he just does not have the mental capacity to run an offense. He reads his main receiver and if he’s not open there is no check down he panics. Once he panics he either runs or throws the ball away. Usually it’s the latter, look at the Vanderbilt game and see how many times he throws the ball to the sideline. Then look at the last play his amazing Hail Mary pass who was open in the end zone stands that was going to score???
Florida screwed up big time by hiring a coach from the pee wee leagues and Florida fans are so blinded by hope they won’t admit it.
By the way sorry to see your qb go down it would have made for an interesting end of the season. At least you got one coming in and have the staff to coach him up.
After the Florida State debacle this coming Friday you’ll see a bunch of Florida’s recruits bailing out quick.

My son lives there
Wife and I bailed out of Jacksonville just before it became a bastion for the bidenites

I never got the hire. But then again, college football is desperate for an infusion of good coaches. Have you heard that Lane Kiffin is considered a great coach in the current market? That’s how bad the situation is.
