Gators in the way of Vols’ recovery

Keep that same energy in 2 weeks when we beat Bama and are back in the top 5.
Bro don’t get to the point again where people start flaming you. You’ve seemed to have turned over a new leaf and most of us have overlooked your track record but you seem to have extreme overly optimistic highs and just as extreme pessimistic lows with this team. Best to stay even keel and just live week to week. Cheers to the Vols beating the gators this weekend, but it’s not a certainty. If it was, there would be a lot of rich Vols fans Saturday night.

Let’s throw down money on that.

I actually do real sports betting not internet talk. So excuse me for not putting my trust on some guy on a message board. What I will instead be doing is betting on Tennessee versus Alabama in 2 weeks on BetMGM. Cause I'm guessing it'll be the first game this year where we're an underdog and I see a lot of value in our Vols to win outright by a healthy margin. It'll be a great day to make money on the Vols.

Not really cause the spread in that game is 15.5 points. We could win the game comfortably by 2 scores and Vols fans betting on Tennessee could lose a lot of money.

The game to get rich as a Vols fan will happen in 9 days when we play Alabama. We'll most likely be a 3.5 point underdog to Alabama and I think we win that game outright. If you want to make money that'll be the game to go hard on the moneyline for Tennessee.

Sorry folks, Tennessee has more talent, better coaching and finally back home. Florida has a poor run defense that Tennessee will take advantage of. Nico is growing every game in experience and hopefully confidence.

Tennessee wins by 30

This will be an easy match. I have yet to see a vastly superior Tennessee team lose at home to an inferior Florida team. The only reason the series has been so lopsided is because Florida has usually been the vastly superior team. And in the years both teams suck they've somehow managed to win all the close games.

However, in the rare occurrences where we've been way better (2022) we've beaten them at home.

I have seen it. Sat through every painful minute.

Not a chance. Tennessee rarely beats Florida, and when they do it is much closer than it should be. If we win this weekend, it will be much closer than that.

"If the Volunteers don’t get their act back together, if they don’t figure out how to block a three-man front, if they don’t knock off the Gators, they are out of national playoff conversation. Unfair pressure? Were they ever a playoff team? Let us hope they prove they are". westwords Marvin West does a synopsis of the UT-Uf Game . Read it.

Here we are about to play our fifth game of the season and we’re right back in that agonizing, ancient and familiar territory…wondering which team will show up against Florida in our own stadium. The good one or the not-so-good one?

True. Because I'm looking at the big picture. Which is the fact that we're a championship caliber team. Championship teams usually have a small stumble in a long season. It's difficult to predict when that stumble happens. However, what usually follows that stumble is a huge rebound and a team that plays its best after that.

Arkansas was that stumble. And as a championship team we will respond to that stumble by winning the following game in decisive fashion.
We'll see Saturday. But if we lose, are you done posting?

If nothing else, I like your positivity.
