Gators vs Bulldogs

Lost to mediocre South Carolina, barely survived UT at home, and throttled by a one-dimensional Florida. Georgia doesn't deserve to be ranked next week.

Obviously muschamp has had what little success he has against the Vols. But that's more a function of is than it us them. I personally would be glad to see them surrounded in mediocrity for years to come. We are on the way up IMO

6 passes is less than Lane Kiffin throws 30 minutes at the bar. 6 passes?

And UGA had a bye week??? I mean wtf

kelvin taylor 25 rush 197 yds 2 td's

matt jones 25 rush 192 yds 2 td's

treon harris 3/6 27 yds

Georgia is still a good football team. They played way too conservative and the fumbles really cost them the game.

It was apparent when FL went for the field goal fake that they were going to be aggressive throughout the entire game and had a mindset of "we have nothing to lose"

I really hope Tennessee does some trickery!

They've played run heavy on offense all year. It's not a conservative thing, it's because UGA's QB is not that good and the receivers are pretty poor as well.

It wasn't an aggressive/conservative thing. They have to live and die by the run because they can't really pass nearly as effectively.

we didnt do anything special on offense either 6 passes all night lol they just got pushed around on both lines and our tailbacks ran wild

How great are the UGA defense's passing numbers going to look now though. :)

So I did the numbers.

UGA was ranked 48th in pass defense, giving up about 215 yards a game.

(Take away the Missouri game and they were at about 235 yards a game...so like 69th or 70th)

They'll now jump up as high as possibly 19-22 with a 191 yards per game average :)

I wonder if "Mr. College Football" Barnhart and Schlabach are still in shock over their beloved Dawgs being effectively out of playoff contention.

Even the radio stations her in LV are bashing richt and spurrier. Saying Richt and Georgia are always overrated and how both Ga and SC have had it easy since TN and Florida have been down. Said Vols are almost back and they'll own the sec east very soon
