And yet you lost 2 out of 3 to the Vols.

'cause we living rent free in yo little pea brain.

And yet again UF raises another banner while you're ankle biting over meaningless regular season wins.

Congratulations? :eek:lol:

Meanwhile in Gainesville, we're celebrating our third national title in five weeks.

AND our football coach humps sharks...you can't compete with that!!!

You still got smoked by LSU and Oklahoma at the NCAA women's gymnastics championships.

And I didn't see Ed Orgeron out there molesting any sea creatures prior to.

That's because Ed Orgeron doesn't have McElwain's mad skills.

And we recently 3-peated in gymnastics...can't win it every year. :)

Actually, of all the current SEC head coaches, I would imagine Orgeron will be the one caught in flagrante delicto. And very likely under very odd (read that as "WTF") circumstances.

Why, every time I open Around the NCAA, do I have to see this thread title at the top of page? Anyway to delete or change it by now?

For once?

We've played Miami on several occasions (2002, 2003, 2008 and 2013) prior to playing you guys.

If sure for some that doesn't count because the games were played in either Gainesville or Miami.
2002 and 2003 ok. But any Miami team after that is basically a cupcake if we're being fair here.

If CBJ and the team can get past GT with a solid win and no injuries a 2-0 Vols team even in Gainesville should have a little to say about that.

You're making an assumption that I think is a bit presumptuous to make.

I like Florida's chances against Michigan, with Michigan returning so few players. With Jake Butt & so many Butt Buddies gone, and a returning wide receiver being convicted of a felony, Florida won't have to deal with a very experienced Michigan team.

That being said, Florida lost so many studs on defense. It seems like most of the Gators who do return aren't the ones that were very good. I do like Franks at QB though. He looked great in the spring game.

I think they'll throttle Michigan but lose 5 games.

theyll be a pretty decent sized underdog against UF by the time that one kicks off. Prob around a touchdown.

IDK.. the Harbaugh effect will kick in and that will be good for a touchdown. I have no idea why he is considered elite. He is a good coach, little wierd but good. But he hasn't even made the playoffs yet and he is talked about with Saban and Meyer.

He isn't talked about with Saban and Meyer. At least not yet; he does not have their resumes.

He's an incredible coach. Took Stanford from a Pac 12 also-ran to a top 5 team in his final year. Took a dead 49ers franchise to 3 straight NFC Championship Games and almost won a Super Bowl. Took a stagnant Michigan program and has immediately made them a top 10 team again. He will probably win a national championship at Michigan before he is done there.

I agree he is good, wierd but good. I just don't know if he will get to that level.

Edit - he may be one of those coaches that's better at rebuilding than actually getting to that Meyer/Saban level and maintaining it.
