i feel bad to agree with that... i think max knows too, pulling for the young man
I mean I don’t like saying it either. I feel like he’s going to improve but that’s a terrible game. No way to sugar coat it; just get better and move on. He can do that

If the General Rolled Over, I'm sure Cafego was sick to his stomach, as he preached and expected excellence and execution in all phases of the kicking game,

The various frayed edges around the precision, exectution and in game fundamentals are concerning, but they are still winning games in a rather ugly manner,

First time Max has looked shaky.

I don’t like gimmicky black out games for this reason. Especially after a bye. Too much variation from the norm.
On at least one of the misses, he was lined up too far to the right of the goalpost. He had to kick across his body and pulled it. I know this because I do it with my driver frequently!

One of the most important maxims.

Cafego would have a **** fit over Gilbert's performance in this game.

But can you imagine how he would treat anyone trashing a player and not an act or lack of one! Players will not get back on the field until they demonstrate better potential. Unfortunately there is no such control mechanism on under performing fans.
