With technology today and the ability to get in someone's home thru cyber gateways, I wonder how close we are to crossing over from 4th Amendment violations into 3rd Amendment violations?

A systemic cultural problem which I believe seeps into all aspects of our political and economic system. It is not something that is going to fix itself anytime soon. However, it will continue to wreck our politics and economy in the meantime.
