That's ok, side with Georgia if ya want, they can't take a little rough housing, TO HELL WITH EM

Let me get this straight you are criticizing Georgia for reacting to roughhousing with more roughhousing?

If Athens and Auburn were somehow sucked into a giant blackhole, it wouldn't bother me a bit.

That being said, if Fairley hit one of our QBs like that, I would hope that 5 offensive lineman would simultaneously dismember his ass without hesitation.

I hate Georgia as much as the next guy. That said, Auburn is a trash school with a trash football program. When the NCAA lays the hammer down, I can assure you that I will not shed a tear.

Also, OP, how exactly does calling Auburn out for being the gang of dirty pricks they are constitute whining?

Fairley has taken cheapshots on qb's all season long. Apparently its a known issue considering the announcers even stated about coaches telling the sec to watch him. He ended up with 3 personal fouls during the game for cheapshots. I cant stand GA and yet I have to say he was trying to take Murray out of the game. I can only hope that Karma jumps out in front of him during the bama game. I have a feeling that he could be chopped a lot.

georgia needs to own up to the fact that they still are going to lose until they out recruit everyone else in the SEC.

Georgia has recruited just fine, matter of fact they didn't have a class outside the top 10 on rivals until the 2010 class so basically top ten from 2002-2009. I have them basically behind USC as far as overall recruiting.

The present team with players which were redshirted from the 2006 class:
2006 #4 (if player was redshirted from this class)
2007 #9
2008 #7
2009 #6
2010 #15

I just think Auburn needs to receive the death penalty if they continue the circus. I have no idea what that AD is doing but I will assure him this will not turn out ok for Auburn.

I thought the one hit was very cheap BTW. I actually thought UGA played rather tough in an unpleasant place.

Say what?!?

.

That poor little #90 tripped over his shoelaces after someone from GA untied them.

It looked like he had a hurt neck the way his head dropped like that.

I hope he is OK.

He was such the victim.

Cheap shot by Fairley. But I hate the University of Georgia so I don't care that he did it.

I don't think the problem was the incidental helmet to shin hit that started the wildfire but more the hits that continued to add up, often late and with intent to injure, on Murray by Auburn, specifically Fairley. And while UGA decided to retaliate with late hits of their own, guess who's ejected for throwing punches? And guess which coach was pumping his fist in joy throughout all of this?

Auburn is scum, sorry.

The first hit was legal. Tasteless, but legal. The hit in the back that Fairly got penalized for was pretty dirty. And he got a penalty. That's the end of that. The second one where Murray gets his knee hit is far from dirty. Murray looked like a European soccer star rolling around on the ground whining after that one.

As I said before he was engaged and after the O-lineman lost leverage he made a concerted effort to get that last jump into Murray's knee, if there weren't multiple examples of this particular guy taking cheap shots he would get the benefit of the doubt and I would agree.

I hate UGA more than any of you, but Fairley's blantant spearing of Murray was BS.

Karma's a ***** though...and it's difficult for me to feel bad for them after one of their guys (Sturdivant) took out the knees of one of our linemen (Sanders) back in the 2007 "celebration" game. Sturdivant blowing out his knee the following season was karma at its finest.

Fairley will get his.

Auburn, AL _ For Nick Fairley, it was business as usual as he led Auburn to yet another come from behind win. The Auburn Junior was criticized for his rough play on Satuday.

"I just do what I do. Said Fairley. "The football field is my playground, I'll do whatever I want as long as it's legal. If you don't want your QB snapped in half, get in my way and stop me."

Fairley is considered the leading canidate for the Outland Trophy, which goes to the nation's best interior linemen.

"It's just an honor." Said the all american. "I'm just going to stay humble and accept whatever comes my way."

The Auburn program is currently under investigation, but Fairley refused to comment.

"No comment", said Fairley.

If he pulls a stunt like that this week Alabama will not let him walk off the field.

Fairley is nasty good. To wish him ill will is silliness. This is football guys and the hit(s) was/were borderline, and I have seen worse, much worse.

If you're implying Murray had no reason to react the way he did, you need to play a little rougher.
