Georgia has no blueprint to stop our offense

Georgia played man on the pass catchers with 1 or 2 safeties on top, and was able to stop our run and pressure the QB with the D Line and LBs. That takes discipline and talent. Missouri did try a lot of that and was successful at times early on in the game, Hooker had a ton of pressure early on. But Missouri didn’t have the depth nor talent to do it consistently enough nor maintain it.

That being said, there were other factors too like I don’t think Tennessee had played in a road environment that electric in a very long time, it it obviously rattled them and effected them some. It seemed the stage was a little too much at times too. I’d love to see a rematch at a neutral site in the playoffs, I think we’d fair a lot better.

LSU was supposed to be electric but the crowd was removed from the game early on.

Georgia beat the snot out of our guys, but I think the game will be a lot more competitive if we somehow get another shot at them. Not sure if we would win . . . However, we’ll look a lot more like the team that was supposed to show up in the first game.

Umm, Georgia drew up the blueprint last Saturday. At least we know what’s coming from their defense if we play them again.

Have we been here before … in another thread ? But yes, I think in a rematch it is a much closer game. Not sure we WIN … but we didn’t play our best game regardless of what they did or didn’t do and that’s undeniable in my opinion.

If we get another shot at Georgia I bet this team plays their A game. They're hungry and they want to win it all.

Their blueprint was 5* athletes all over the field. Them and maybe OSU are the only ones that have that at their disposal.
Yeah but we saw those 5* athletes getting burned at least 4-5 times for what would have been walk in TD's. I think their crowd played the biggest role.

Walk in TD? No sir

There was never that. Even on the overthrows, Hyatt and McCoy both had a step, but those defenders were right there behind them. They catch it they get tackled.

UGAs DBs are physical AND fast.
Lassiter seems like the "weak link", But he's still pretty good.

However,
it's hard to be a team a twice in the same season
