I think that's the site that everyone needs to be talking about. It'll be dedicated to all the UT fans that don't say a word on a forum when we win but come out of the woodwork with fire Fulmer posts when we lose to a better team. Give me a break people. If you want to win 11 games a year go become a Boise State fan people. Out there they don't play any competition and will win your 11 games a year. When you play the likes of Florida, Auburn, LSU, Bama, Georgia and now Arkansas you aren't going to go undefeated and win NC's every year. Get over it!

I completely agree with you. I have no problem with Fulmer, Cut, and especially Chavis. The Chief is one of the best defensive coordinators in the country. Our D line is weak but Harrell could have helped tremendously. So we win the next 2 games to go to 9-3, and win our bowl game to make it a 10 win season. Can't argue with that especially since we could be a one loss team right now (roughing passer call vs. Florida; fumble not called vs. LSU).

I see that you're from Indiana. If you are any type of IU basketball fan like myself then you have a whole new appreciation for coaches after the Mike Davis era.

you guys are sad, so we're wrong to expect championships????? with our fan base, our facilities, our money, and our history, we should never go 5-6 and we should beat top ten teams at home, we are a program in decline, face reality

it's funny that you guys seem to think that if you criticize Fulmer you dont love Tennessee, it precisly because we love the Orange that we feel compelled to speak out when the ship is taking on water

Funny you should say that. The reality is that we do not have the players on defense to stop McFadden and Jones. We do not have an offensive line that can establish the running game (of course, our O-Line run blocked a lot better this game than games past.)

To expect UT to win this game, you would have had to have too high of expectations concerning our ability to stop the run and/or Crompton's ability to put up 40 points.

Definatley not a IU fan of ANY sorts...lol...My dad is a diehard Purdue fan and I grew up to hate IU since I was a kid..lol...I pull for UT in every sport but I do keep track of the Boilers.

I'm in the Terre Haute area, you?

Nope but I guess you're still going to want Fulmer's head aren't you? Get real dude....Numbers don't lie, yeah some aren't so good but he has the highest winning % in the country with coaches of 10 years of experience or more...You can't ask for anything better than that

Criticism is fine. There should be enough to go around to everyone. As for last night, our players didn't make plays, and our coaches probably didn't call the game they should have. But the "fire everyone" mentality is absurd.

Last night a better team beat. A better LSU team and a better Florida team also beat us, though we had our chances in those games. Believe it or not, UT is not the only team in the SEC with tradition and talent. Both teams are trying to win, and only one can. We are going to lose some games. I know it's a tough reality to face, but it is what it is.

I have supported CPF win or lose but last night really showed me that he had no plan at all. Are we to believe that Arky has a better D than LSU? i think not. yeah numbers dont lie lets look at what the man has done since 2000. Whats so wrong about wanting a change? the game has obviously passed him by.

What makes you think that the Arkansas defense was better last night?

In the LSU game, our defense scored a TD, intercepted two more passes, and recovered a fumble. We had a 1 play, 55 yard scoring drive, and and 8 play 80 yard scoring drive for touchdowns. Then we had a FG. We weren't exactly doing great things on offense against LSU. If you feel that we were, then you were most definitely watching a different game.

Just posted the same thing in another thread. Arkansas is not necessarily better on defense than LSU, we're just an offense with no running game suffering through a backup freshman QB.

Rockytop I agree with what you said except I think you forgot to add South Carolina in that list of schools. more about this next year.

Arky showed me last night that they have a decent Defense....I never once did say that they had a better defense than LSU.....Never once did I say that.....They probably have a better offense because frankly, right now I don't think that even LSU's run defense could stop McFadden.....Last night we just got beat by the better team in the stadium last night.....We have Justin Harrel, Inky, and Erik Ainge....We may not win that game but I bet its closer than what it was...I guess we'll have to wait until next year

The problem is this: it has been too long since UT has had the players. That is also a reflection of the efforts of this coaching staff.

the fans have never been the problem. they turn out at neyland and cheer when they know we are going to lose. this has been my low output for a year for a long time. i went to the Cal and florida games. 2 all year. next year i will sell my season tix again and probably won't go to any. why go when you know the outcome, a ranked SEC opponet at home gets us nearly 80% of the time. we are no longer the holy mecca of college football, our time is over untill changes are made.

Yeah, you're a true fan.....People like you that cheer for UT when they're winning and hate them they're losing needs to seriously give their orange to someone that loves their team no matter what....Honestly, I would rather you sale your season tickets and stay at home then come to a game thinking we're going to lose

most people think that way they just won't say it. i don't hate UT i don't like the coaching staff and they need to be changed to get us back on top. fulmer has no clue, he has done good things for UT, but it is time for him to go. and i will sell my tix this year again, what is the use of going to a game knowing your probably going to lose if they are any good. more than likely Georgia, SC , arkansas will beat us at home next year. it is a UT tradition.

I don't read Auburn boards, but I bet those idiots from that stupid cow college have not gone over the edge like a lot of "Vol Fans" after they lost to Arkansas in the same way that we did.

If we were having a season like Alabama, losing to Mississippi State (and nearly everyone else), then there would be merit for fans to be yelling "Fire" at the top of their lungs. This simply isn't the case at Tennessee.

Phillip Fulmer is the main reason all of our players chose to come to Tennessee. This man has more class than any other SEC coach, and the great turn-around we have had this season shows that he is a very smart football coach, bringing in David Cutcliffe, and helping turn around the careers of Ainge, Meachem, and co.

We will finish 9-3, and while it was one more loss than i predicted going into the season, I am still very proud of this football team. The wins over California, Georgia, and Alabama should not be forgotten. While we were outplayed in the Florida and LSU games, we were still in position to win those games. Last night, we were beat by a great team with the best Offensive Coordinator in the SEC not named Cutcliffe.

We will play in a bowl game, and easily win that over whatever Big 10 or ACC team that the committee throws at us. I am mad as anyone over last night's loss, but I am not nearly as delusional as many people who have posted on here in the time since the Arkansas loss.

These NegaVol posters are the exact same people who wanted Crompton to become starter after the first scrimmage where Ainge was lackluster. These posters are not football-savvy, and they show it everytime they post.

Last night, the last thing I wanted to do was come on here due to my anger about the game, but it appears that many of you were very willing to post about your feelings of negativity. If that is the way you let the anger of losing out, power to you. But trying to get rid of coaches, and blaming everybody else associated with the University of Tennessee is irresponsible and stupid.

Randy Sanders' children did not want to go to school last year after the South Carolina game, because they knew that children would come up to them and say, "Your dad sucks," just like those kids had said after the Florida and Alabama games. These coaches have lives, and they devote most of them to Tennessee football, so they are the ones who are mad the most at the lost, not some people with a computer and internet access.

Think before you post!
