Truth is there are good points to be made from all sides. I don't advocate firing Fulmer, but I'm not saying he is untouchable and should be around forever. He needs to be accountable for our apathetic style of play last two games, particularly at the tune of $2 million/year. But I'm realistic enough to know that you don't solve problems, woo recruits, etc. by jumping on the "Fire Fulmer" bandwagon.

Let's see what kind of recruiting job he can do this year. I love some of the things I'm seeing, such at Trooper Taylor and think he'll help us in recruiting.

flame away champ, i'm not going to attack anybody. everybody has there own opinion's. i just always thought us UT fans had more class. i'm not going to say people that want fulmer around for 10 more years are wrong, i'll just say i don't agree. better coaches out there.

I'm a fan of the University of Tennessee, not the University of Fulmer. I applaud Fulmer for FINALLY getting rid of some dead weight on the staff. What Cutcliffe has done in this amount of time is miraculous, having to undo 7 years of Randy Sanders. Cutcliffe said practice was sloppy and the worst he has ever seen on The Hill. Moving Trooper to WR's was a great move, too. If losing Harrell made this big of a difference on our defense then that shows you the state of things in Knoxville. We should have plenty of players that can come in and step up. Fact is, we don't. All you guys saying we were 1 play from beating UF/LSU, remember, we were also 1 play away from losing to AFA, Bama, & SC. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you think Fulmer needs to go, please explain why, and who we would get to replace him. If you think he needs to stay, please explain why, since we still have a lack of discipline and are far from Fulmer's first years as HC. Attacking each other here is pointless.

i think he is just mad we lost last night. you'll have that. he is also a fulmerite and they usually attack first and ask questions later. i don't see the point, i thought we were all volfans, there is noway in hell i'm going to start calling somebody names because i don't agree with them.

I mean yeah, I'm not happy about last night at all, but what good does getting on here and complaining about it do? None....It's useless....If people are truly that unahppy with the program get out and try to do something about it....I'm not the happiest person in the world with how things have went and I'd like to win a National Title every few years but expecting one every year is crazy

Complaining on this site is no different than praising on this site. It's all here for open discussion. Neither direction is going to matter to Fulmer, Chavis, or the team. It's just for us.

I believe you already have....."Fulmerite"....I truly wish I could see things from your point of view but I can't get my head that far up my butt...I'd like to know how you do it, is it dark up there?

What I'm more or less trying to say is, I think its funny the number of people that come out of nowhere when we lose to get on here and say "oh well, so and so needs to be fired" or "Let's start www. (insert coach's name here).com" and when we're winning those same people have nothing to say

It can be pretty funny, I agree. Some of us like you and me have been here all season. I'm just really torn at the moment.
