Ghosts..... Have you ever seen them?

Here is an interesting story and video of a home in Pennsylvania that is haunted by several spirits. The owners invited the local TV reporters to come into the home and shoot a story about the home and it's ghosts.

The camera man is scratched badly in the first 5 minutes in the hime and they filmed orbs and a shadow hand in this segment, as well as a door slamming shut by itself.

Ron Mexico give a valid rebuttal to this please. If you're going to troll the thread put up or shut up.

In this video, members of my ghost and spirits group on FB, photograph and video tape a blue mist on the side of the known haunted mansion, The Thomas House, in Red Boiling Springs, TN.

You can see the mist move quickly in and out of the video. The two men are shooting photos, which I have seen of the blue mist.

Pay attention to the video when the camera person asks the spirit, 'if you want to give Melvin a hug?" The mist moves all around him.

You expect me to rebut someone else's account of something I didn't experience and have no way of researching thoroughly? Are you willing to fund my trip to the site? That doesn't make any sense. It is impossible to build a factual case on an internet story from Pennsylvania while I sit in a hotel room in Honolulu. But just for fun, I'll give my standard canned answer: (1) it is possible that the people making the claim are lying. These kind of stories get higher ratings and views than actual news. Or (2) something else is going on that the folks can't explain and they immediately resort to the supernatural. A wise man once said, "Faith is the purposeful suspension of critical thinking". People that believe in this stuff (ghosts, the boogeyman, psychic powers, etc) are expressing faith the same way a religious person does with their god. There is no proof, yet I still believe in God. Those two possibilities are always going to be my answer until someone shows proof of supernatural existence. Please take the time to understand the definition of "proof" before responding. I honestly do not expect a rational response from someone who still believes in fairy tales.

Thanks.

So to sum up this entire unnecessary overkill of a response, basically they're all lying. The owner of the home called in to the news and said "Hey I've got an idea, lets pretend my house is haunted and y'all send a crew out here and your camera man will pretend the get scratched and your ratings will go through the roof!" And the news anchor and the crew and everyone were all in on it.

And while we're speaking of proof, can you provide proof that "these stories get higher ratings than actual news"? Because that sounds like something you made up.

And the actual definition of supernatural is something that goes beyond understanding or the laws of nature, so yes if things are happening that the homeowners can't understand and no human is causing them to happen then it's fair to assume they are supernatural.

Regarding your last paragraph, no one can determine if these occurences are "something that goes beyond understanding or the laws of nature" until a scientific, fact based study has been made. If that has been accomplished, then these folks Challenge Info would like to hear from them.

I'm not sure on the scratches, but orbs, the "shadow hand", and a door slamming by itself are all easily explained.

As far as the scratch, who knows when that happened. What makes more sense, he scratched himself on something without realizing before he noticed it, or an evil spirit did it?

I would love to hear what out to lunch tomfools have to refute the three stories with videos that I just linked in the past few days. Please explain away.

Um, are you counting the story about the scratched cameraman? Because as I already said, it's all rather easily explained.

I'm not discounting anything, but, if there was actual hard evidence, it would be all over the news. Same with UFO's. I believe we have been visited in the past and observed in the present, but no clear and valid evidence. Unfortunately, with the advances in computer digital processing, things can be manipulated easily to try to prove a point.

Regarding the UFO stuff, after the Roswell incident the military acknowledged they had recovered an alien craft and released photos of them with pieces of the craft. It was in their press release the day after. And then the next day they retracted their statement.

I seen a Mexican midget high on meth sale'n "Garbage pale kids" cards one time, his nickname was Ghost..

Wouldn't quit talking about my shoes, I guess that's a focus point when you're that low to the ground

Two Cyclops post without using his normal shtick??? Obivously he has died and is still trying to post or a ghost has logged in under his account. So I think we can officially end any debate to whether or not ghosts/spirits are real. The proof is right here in this thread.
