Speak of deja vu per the giants of '07. They are fielding an almost identical team and peaking yet again at the same moment in both their QB/WR and DL play.

Giants are gonna win

You high? :p

Long ways to go but I hope so.

Too bad the fumble didn't matter. Stopped the Packers from scoring but ugh. Just wonder how look the Giants D can hold Rodgers down. The longer they do it, the more other teams should look out. If you can hold him down... yikes. They already held down Brady and their record setting offense a couple(few?) years ago too. Different defense but same coach and some of the same players. This team is just getting hot at the right time.

I fully expect them to blow it since I want them to win lol

Deja vu indeed. I followed your post up thinking the same thing. Get out of my head

I slow mo'd that spot on ware's run. Horrible spot and missed it badly. Was a first down by a half yard. Problem is, troy was yapping, so they didn't run a replay. If he notices and mentions it, a replay is shown, the coaches see it, and Coughlin throws a red flag.

It's a crazy game and anything can be a factor.

It's a bit eery, no doubt. But kudos to the Giants for sticking to their strengths while at the same time bringing it all together when it matters. If they can hold on in this game the game next week against the Niners would be two very stubborn teams going to war -- could potentially be an epic game.

Not understanding the onside kick call with just five remaining. I think you kick it deep and pick up your defensive pressure and hope someone makes a play.

Funniest part about this is that the Packers shouldn't have scored either touchdown.

Tom Coughlin is obviously still an ahole and no players want to play for him or have his back.
Isn't that correct?

Certainly says something, especially in the NFC, that the finesse teams are out per GB and NO losing to two power teams.

I hope they can overcome it if they have to, but Canty's injury may be the Giant's undoing. He looked pretty injured and not only is he an important player in their rotation but isn't he like 6'7 300lbs? smh

Glad the Giants won though. Outside of the Titans, they've been my second choice. Won't freak out if they win it all but there are a ton of teams I love to pull against. I'll take the team I like a little/dislike the least since it's my only option outside of the Titans.

Go Niners!

Going to be a physical game.

Defense... equal.

Offense... advantage Giants.

Location... advantage 49ers.

Personally I think the Giants are the better team. They underachieved and the 49ers overachieved during the regular season. None of it matters now. Giants are showing that by essentially winning three playoff games in a row. Winner of the Cowboys/Giants in the final game made the playoffs.

This will be a good game. 49ers keep proving me wrong... more so Alex Smith. They have a great D but I'm amazed when he has good games. Vernon Davis outmatches anyone who defends him and Smith makes perfect throws to him. Davis is really all Smith needs to make the passing game work. They just seem to have a special connection.
