To be fair, that wasn't meant to be an insult towards Tennessee and was taking out of context. He was referring to his team falling into the same trap which they did.
He said that before they played South Carolina. It was meant the way he said it in my opinion. He deserved that shot he gave, but it for sure backfired on him.

I work in the service industry in the Charleston area.
The amount of Clemson gear I've had to see over the last few days and just bite my tongue...
I'm not scheduled for work tomorrow but I'm going in anyway wearing my UT hat.
It's going to be so nice to greet those Clemson fans with a big smile while wearing the power T.

I thought the whole objective of the game was to outscore the other team. Apparently genius Dabo thinks it is something else.
