Granted, I live in Asheville, but in fact there are women (cis and trans) here that don’t live in plaid flannel shirts. Especially $135 plaid flannel shirts.

buy one and wear it every day. those things last forever. I have noticed that some of my underwear and t-shirts (Hanes I think) are now made in US although I don't know where the cotton is sourced. I have a bunch of pairs of FIT socks from when those were being made in Niota. I think a lot of socks are made here.

I’ve bookmarked it for cooler weather. Ain’t no way in hell I’m wearing them for working in the garden. I’m looking for cotton gauze and linen, non-lumberjack style.

I’ve noticed that on Hanes. And I have some Serious Winter Woolblend Socks made up in New England somewhere.
