GO Austin Peay, Beat Vandy

The same reason us beating WKU 52-20 at home is impressive, but Oregon "only" beating Virginia on the road 59-10 exposed a lot of areas for us to take advantage of.

I laughed....don't you love the logic on here? It is a shrink's dream.

So if Vandy ends up winning by a bigger margin than Tennessee did, what does that mean?

Considering Vandy still has starters in after halftime...nothing.

Really nothing either way. Anybody who believes in the transitive property in football hasn't paid close enough attention.

It will be completely dismissed because UT played subs in the 2nd half...plus UT scored 42 in the 1st half vs. APSU and Vandy only scored 38.... I have a Volnation PhD.

In the end the point was moot

38 Vandy AP 3

Vandy didn't score as high and AP scored, do they really think they are a better team then us?

Really, I just now graduated. I majored in irrationality and minored in sarcasm and alcoholism.

Only managed to beat Austin-Peay by 35 points. So theoretically, that means we are better right? They also couldn't pitch the shutout.

UT never stopped being better personnel wise than Vandy. UT was just poorly coached.

If Franklin can somehow get to 6-6 this year... he had better cash out and get a real coaching job somewhere.

Right on the money. I have no doubt he is out after this season. My prediction would be Iowa, or Florida after Muschamp heads to Texas. I also wouldn't be shocked to see Spurrier retire this year, Franklin would be good fit there but I want him in the Big Ten somewhere, where we don't have to talk about him anymore

I don't like Franklin's mouth, but why would anyone want to run up a score on AP. We didn't even play the second half.

The transitive property doesn't work in college football. If Vandy had struggled with AP, ok maybe you can make somewhat of a judgment, but acting like 38-3 vs. 45-0 proves something is rather silly, especially against a team like AP.
