You a Suns fan, pj?

They kinda grew on me while I was in Phx. I really like watching Nash and Marion play. Company has tix and not many people wanted them.

I like the way the Suns (and D'backs) have been run. They don't keep any players who get in trouble and are very visible in the community.

That's good. There's a certain franchise in Portland that I wish were still run that way. I remember seeing the Suns getting a lot of run when I was down there a while ago.

that more people would watch the stanley cup playoffs if Detorit and Nashville was in it
True! When the Red Wings folded, so did the ratings.

Every big city jumps on a winner. Proof that even the Cards would have fans in Phx if they can win.

Plus the Suns owner is a nut during the games! He sits front row center and runs around w/ a big foam finger. :number1:

The Mavs will take game 2 easily though. It's almost a must win and the Suns are short-handed.

Well, good prediction pj. Although I have to agree with what both Bill Walton and Avery Johnson said after the game. I didn't really feel like that solid of a win, and I think Phoenix shot themselves in the foot with poor rotation decisions late in the game (Nash AND Diaw on the bench in the 4th?!) that allowed Dallas to build a barely insurmountable lead. I'm glad the Mavs won but I'm still ill at ease about the series.

I'm not sure my TV will be able to take it if Dallas gets to the Finals. It's going to be Mark Cuban 24/7.

Nash always has to take some time out because of the way he plays but I didn't understand that much either. It really didn't seem that Dallas wanted to win until close to the end. They played off the offensive glass to keep Phx from running and it almost cost them. Dallas just needs to pound Dirk against Marion to have a shot. I do know that AWA will be rocking on Sunday.

Imagine how scary the Suns would be if Amare had played the whole season!

I don't know if they'd be THAT much better. But the way things are now... If they beat Dallas, I'm writing them in for NBA champs. The Suns can run circles around the Miami Retirement Community and has 10x the will of the Detroit "One's Good For Us" Pistons.
