Occasionally, I have to go over there for my job. A few restaurants that might be worth checking out:

Murrys, Flat Branch Pub and Brewing, Ernies Diner, PaPPos Pizzeria, CJ's, and Addison's Grill

I’m taking the family to the Missouri game. Lived in Missouri for years, never been able to go to a game. Any advice? Who else is going?

I’m going and I’ve never been before. It should be fun!

I’ll be making my 3rd trip up there.

I bringing my 2 daughters (7 & 10) from Kansas to see it. It will be their first games. Meeting up with more family and friends which should make for a great time.

I live in STL now, and my brother-in-law has season tickets, so I'll be there as well. 1st time going to Mizzou.

I will be there..

See y'all there!!! If you see a goofball walking around with a checkerboard demon mask on, holler at me!!!

It can... but this year it will be about the same as K'ville. High around 60. Low around 40.
Current forecast is high of 53 and low of 37 with moderate wind. Almost perfect weather to play in

Some one remind me why is Missouri is even the SEC and why in the East fer cryin' out loud!?
Because they are a major public university larger than most others in the SEC. They are the only FBS program in a state with more people than SC, AL, LA, KY, OK, AR, and MS. They brought two major media markets and several smaller ones with them.

The SEC put them in the East as opposed to trying to split Alabama and Auburn.

PS- if you're still trying to fight the Civil War... Missouri is both Midwest and Southern culturally. MO was a microcosm of the Civil War with several battles pitting Confederate Missourians against Union Missourians. Like the other border states of KY and MD, slavery remained legal in MO until after the war.

Nah. I DO regret the failure of the State of Franklin, though. It would have stayed in the Union.

I drive down from central Illinois for this game every year it’s there. It’s the closest UT gets to me so I won’t miss it! I’ve never eaten anywhere near the stadium. I got hooked up many years ago and meet at a guys house on the main drag, two blocks from the stadium. That’s where I’ll be again and sitting in section 103, row 50. Would love to meet more of you!

Pack a winter coat!! There's a good chance it'll be freezing if it's a night game. You gotta try Shakespeare's pizza while you're there also

Good for you! Wanna predict a score for that one? :^) I'll throw 52-31, good guys.
Bye the bye ... what is your best guess on available scholarships (graduation and leaving early) this year?

Really hard to guess on.. there are so many decisions to be made that impact that number.

16 seniors can return. How many might want to? How many of those will Tennessee want to return?

there are 9 juniors, 11 sophomores and 33 freshman on the roster. There are 20 (so far) committed in the recruiting class. so that is 73 spots right there "assuming" no attrition from that group. So if even half of the seniors are "welcomed" back, you're are 81 scholarships leaving you 2 more to give.

Now I know there is going to be attrition from the non-seniors. Just not a good feel for what that number is. The majority of those are Heupel recruits. Does he have some he is ready to give up on? Don't know.

Heupel is extremely loyal to players. Will he cut some loose or remain loyal? Its a dynamic I don't think anyone has a feel for.

On Missouri, I've seen every one of their games this year. I think their offense is very, very good. The QB and RBs are very good and the WRs are outstanding. It would be a great accomplishment for Tennessee to go there and win. I think the game will be close and it could come down to a field goal or late TD winning it. Can't make call on which team but hope the Orange one.

Years ago before I met my wife (who was a VFL) I had season tickets to Mzzou even though I was not an Alum. My school St. Louis does not play football. Before the game Harpos is the place to go for a libation. Hope the Vols win as it is an important game in the SEC with UGA coming to Knoxville the following week. GBO!

Park free at Conley street garage. 20m walk

OR

pay big money and park at 929 S Providence. Great party. We've been to every game there. Be there again in a week. Tell Baldy that Dave sent you.

Oh, expect to pay a premium for dualies and suburbans. :)
