Poor ol Dooley. What. A. Dumb. Ass.

But Dooley hit on so few of his recruits -- he signed zero offensive line prospects in 2012, which is absolute coaching malpractice -- that Jones and company have had to plug in players signed in ‘13 or ‘14 at many positions.

Not to discount that we are a very young team, but a comparison of our 13 R-Fr/Fr against their 12 R-Srs/Srs/R-Jrs is pretty much irrelevant on the author's part. (According to one poster in the comments, they have 8 R-Fr/Fr in their 2-deep.) My quick perusal of our 2-deep showed 11 R-Srs/Srs/R-Jrs (vs their 12) not including special teams. (Don't know whether their 12 included special teams.) No doubt OU is a very talented and experienced team, but the bigger challenge here is the actual playing time experience of those 12 (and our 11), and that the game is in Norman.

From the way everyone talks Oklahoma's upper classmen is on their o-line and front 7 on defense. If that's the case, it is a huge advantage.

Agree. Hopefully our guys/coaches find ways to neutralize some of that tomorrow night. Even the Death Star had a weakness.
