You must not listen to much natl sports talk radio - or at the very least, you did not listen during the NFL coaching circus.

Many, many hosts commented that there needed to be more black coaches BECAUSE of the number of BLACK athletes. At least one even said that the black coaches could relate better to the black athlete than their white counterparts.
