Banks/credit unions can forbid concealed carry on their premises, although there is no federal law against it.Then post a sign. Carrying is legal in any public (read private property visited by the public) establishment that doesn't have a sign posted on the door. This excludes government buildings and schools. I do not believe that banks have that dispensation.
