Great news from a legit guy with legit info

Being from Memphis I have heard talk around town that Nichols and Hubbs are strongly considering UT. It's believed that it could be King\Johnson to Memphis and Hubbs\Nichols to UT. I have heard people involved in the AAU circuit mention that Crawford could be a
possibility for UT but regarding JWIII no one seems to have a clear consensus. He's kept his recruitment pretty close to the vest.
Hubbs and Nichols would be the foundation for a great recruiting class IMO.

Seems to be what the consensus is. Crawford likes UF, but they may just not have room for him right now.

As you said, Jw3 is a tough one to figure.

No offense to Galilee because I've heard he knows his stuff but pointless info that we already knew. Anyone with half a brain that's watched this summer's recruiting already knew we stood a good chance at all three of these guys so I'm having trouble interpreting the "good news".

The circles I hear from are saying pretty much the same thing. UT has a good shot at both Nichols and Hubbs, but there are still one or two other schools in the running for both.

I'm still skeptical on the JW3/UT stuff, but I'm skeptical on pretty much all JW3 rumors because, as the above poster said, he keeps everything very close.

Shaun, the good news was more adequate info on where JW3 stands. Galilee is well respected and has plenty of inside info on the Memphis area in general. We all knew that we were in the running for JW3, but it gives more validation to what we were all hoping for. He's been the least open about his recruitment other than the fact that he was hoping UK would be offering.

Kind of the way I looked at it too. We all pretty much have a good idea where Nichols and Hubbs stand. Weve heard we're in Jw3 top 3, but haven't heard much more than that or much even about that.

Galilee is as reliable as they come, and him giving this news on Jw3 is the biggest part of it. Makes it sound VERY possible that we could pull all three of hubbs, Nichols and Jw3.

That is very exciting. With JW3 wanting to play the 3, that would give each player (Hubbs and Nichols) a defined position and they wouldn't be competing against each other. A class like that would usher in a new era in UT basketball IMO.

We see the effects of just having a Memphis grown star like jarnell, adding 2 more in Nichols and Jw3(and possibly a 3rd in Crawford) would set this program up nicely going forward.

The 2013 class is going to set the stage for the next 3-5 years IMO. A great class, and this program is headed to new heighs IMO.

Imagine a starting lineup of: Golden, Hubbs, Jw3, Nichols, Stokes...wow! With McRae coming off the bench.

So with this in mind does this mean the Shannon Hale to UT is off the table and that he is still committed to Bama?
