I really wanted to put Dwight Yoakam in my list. I should have. I was guessing Waylon and Willie counted as the Texas bunch. I enjoy some John Anderson, but I can't put him in that upper echelon. Same with Buck Owens.

A name not thought of often for this list is probably Glenn Campbell. His voice was amazing with his sound and lyrics. "Galveston" may be one of the saddest songs ever if you actually pay attention to the lyrics

Waylon & Willie probably are the Texas bunch, I was hoping he was talking about Bob Wills and the like.

I think Charley Pride, Johnny Paycheck, & Loretta Lynn all have great voices too.

Jerry Reed had a great voice too. I was gonna put Marty Robbins on my list, but I only really like "Big Iron", "El Paso", & one or two more songs I can't put a name on right now.

John Anderson had a great voice, i'd like to hear him do a CD like J.Johnson's Guitar song.

The Texas Circuit is the Red Dirt Scene, like Robert Earl, Jerry Jeff, Corey Morrow, Adam Carroll and such.
