I also attended that game, then went to the Omni and watched Kentucky play Georgia in basketball. There was a large contingency of UK fans in Atlanta because they thought early in the year that they would be in a position to make the Peach Bowl, thus creating a UK doubleheader.(orange+white=heaven @ Apr 19 said:Fulton Co. i would agree....but the gambling thing, to me, referring to the "lead by example" philosophy stated earlier, kind of puts a damper on Pete....but if you had asked me this during the time he was playing, i would agree 100%.(volmanjr @ Apr 20 said:Gambling issues aside the man gave his all every time he hit the field.
