Volnation, why don't we all wear something with green on it to the Orange and White game to honor Katelyn Norman this year? That young lady was a true Vols fan and I think that it would be a great way to honor her! My original idea was pink but that is the wrong type of cancer.

Isn't light green the color for the type of cancer she had? Or was she a fan of pink. If she was, that's a really good idea.

I just know that pink is the most common for cancer but my wife says that is for breast cancer. If it is green then lets do that then.

I saw online some green power T shirts. If everyone could wear the same thing then somehow spread the word as to why everyone is wearing it then I think this could go over really well.

My bad, green it is then.

No bad at all, its a great idea! We only heard her story a week ago and she has touch everyone in my family. My middle daughter is her age so it has been especially hard to follow. We have spread her story in everyway we can. My K has planned to have a fundraiser for Katelyn at her school for her trip. When I told her yestetday morning she cried but said she still plans to have it & donate the $ in Katelyns honor.

I'll buy one of the Green Power shirts. Shoot, if someone designs a benefit shirt to either support research or Katelyn's medical bills, I don't care if it has UT stuff all over it, you can put me down for one.

You're the only tolerable bamer on the board. Great to see some people realize some times things are bigger than the game.

Here in Campbell County the light green ribbons and other light green decorations are everywhere to honor her. I say let's get behind this and cover Neyland Stadium in light green.

Alot of great idea's guys! Would'nt it be great if all of Volnation could meet up and sit together in maybe section Z14 (the 14 to honor her age), just a thought! :)

This story breaks my heart. My little sister passed away when she was 11 from brain cancer and I can tell you I know what this family is going through. I think wearing green would be a great idea, I hope this spreads like wildfire. Can we tweet coaches about it and maybe get it going officially even?

They should at least consider selling wristbands, with her name on it -- at the game and donate that money.

Do the Vols QBs still wear green jerseys for non-contact? If so, it might be cool if they all wore the number 14 for the game.
