Green to honor Katelyn

This could be a great fundraiser for childhood cancer research and treatment. Wouldn't it be great to have the light green T-shirts with her name on the front for sale at the stadium entrances so we could purchase one and wear it to the game.

I am in on wearing green on B&W game. I was reading an article written by Moore I believe that I got off the twitter on tos but was interupted by my wife and when I returned it was off. If anyone can locate it I highly reccomend it. It will show you what we have as players on the Vol Team.
Go Big Orange!!!

Seeing alot of great ideas! I look forward to seeing all the green on the 20th. My family and I will probably be wearing Green and Orange Tye-dye shirts and we plan on sitting in Z14. My daughter makes Tye-dye shirts. May put some KN iron-ons on it.

I'll buy one of the Green Power shirts. Shoot, if someone designs a benefit shirt to either support research or Katelyn's medical bills, I don't care if it has UT stuff all over it, you can put me down for one.

If you buy a shirt 90% of the money goes to the shirt mfg and seller. Just donate directly

I think this is the last day to donate on gofundme however donations can be made directly to:

Great idea. But let's not talk about it, lets be about it.

A concerted effort should really be put forward to make this happen.

This story breaks my heart. My little sister passed away when she was 11 from brain cancer and I can tell you I know what this family is going through. I think wearing green would be a great idea, I hope this spreads like wildfire. Can we tweet coaches about it and maybe get it going officially even?

I say Tweet them all, I think they would like and appreciate the idea......

This is sad. I'm from La Follette and it was really nice to see the community embrace the green color in her honor. Very awesome.

I am on a softball team out in Karns that is called "Saving Tatas - One Run at a Time". We are working with the Thompson Cancer Survival Center to raise money to end ALL Cancers. We dedicate our games each week, this weeks game is for Katelyn.

Check out our Facebook page and like it please.

I guess I need to try and find some green ribbons for our game, Katelyn’s story is so sad. :cray:

RIP Young Lady.
