Greetings from an OSU fan!

If Lauderdale gets in foul trouble, who does Matta put in? I see this is as a possible problem for OSU. Also, does Diebler ever play down low, or is he just a 7 foot winger?

Madsen. Lauderdale isn't somebody who plays the entire game anyway. Madsen isn't as good on D but is a good rebounder and gives us more options on the offensive end with shooting and setting screens.

Kyle Madsen is the guy on the bench who replaces Lauderdale. And Diebler isn't even close to 7 feet nor does he play down low.

Madsen and pray if Lauderdale gets in foul trouble. Other than Turner he's the one player we can least afford to have in foul trouble.

Diebler is 6'6" and he's a sharpshooter. He usually only goes to the basket if he's ahead of the pack. :)

Not sure why yall are arguing so much about winning close games in the tournament. You think Kansas would care if they could've barely won on Saturday?

Good question. I'll take barely winning over straight losing to Ohio U, Murray St, Old Dominion, Northern Iowa, etc.

Not only that but I doubt it would've really raised many doubts for people who picked Kansas to win it all had they beaten N. Iowa.

Survive and advance. Plenty of teams have won the tournament after a miraculous win over an inferior opponent. Some dominated the rest of the way after that win.

You all have played a 11 and barely won then a 14. Congratulations.

To put stock into the seeds the committee gave anyone this year is ignorant I think even OSU fans can attest to that. SDSU was a tough matchup for anyone with their size and length, not to mention their RPI suggested they should be a much higher seed.

We've played 6 guys the WHOLE YEAR and won the Big Ten regular season and Tournament. It's not a huge deal. Saying our lack of a bench isn't an issue is not arrogance or overconfidence, it's the truth.

The Big Ten doesn't run like we will so there's no one who would've worn y'all down. How did y'all fair against a deep, athletic, running UNC team? That's what I thought. Y'all say Turner can be shut down and the other 4 carry y'all what was the deal when you managed 43 points in a 22 point loss to Wisconsin (Turner was possibly out then)? Y'all escaped the first round despite Turner's 9 points b/c you played UCSB, we're not them!

ET was still injured during the first Wisconsin game. You must not have have seen Purdue play when they were healthy. They ran WVU out of the gym and West Virginia can get up and down the floor with any team in the nation. To say that Big Ten basketball isn't athletic is simply uninformed. I'll give you Iowa, Wisconsin and a couple of others but that can be said about any conference.

you ohio state fans assume your not gonna get in foul trouble and play all 5 starters the ENTIRE game and without your bench LOL. look at the last 3 games ohio state played to get to the sweet 16,UC Santa Barbara? really? congrats, was that the game turner had 9 points?. please play top 10 teams every season and try beating the number 1 and 2 team in the country in the same season before coming to a schools fanbase that has already beat kansas and kentucky.GTFO
