Nice buzz about tomorrow's game here in the city. It has knocked Pitt's football coaching search to the backburner. The papers and sports radio are certainly playing up what a big weekend of college basketball this is in the Steel City.

I know BP is worried about Pitt's physical play and making sure they don't dominate the boards. They were putting a big emphasis on rebounding and being physical in their practices.

There will be kids in my house while this game is on. I have NO idea how I am going to not cuss!

Got any picks and predictions, Hat?

I think Hopson makes his name known. Big time.

I'D get some ear plugs..

1) one set for you, so you don't have to hear them(maybe listen to game through on radio)

2) others for them in their ears (no way to watch Vols without at least cussing three times a half)

i am so excited about this game, we should know how good we really are after this game.

I disagree with this. Win or lose, we'll grow a lot in the next few months. I just want to see if Hopson can take over in a big game. That is what I would love to see.

Really excited about the game tomorrow. Just hope that we don't come out flat.

Hope we are energized and play well. Good exposure playing a top 5 opponent at their place. Go Big Orange!

Sounds cliche, but this is the type of game Tennessee can go in and control.

Nova fan here. Have seen Pitt a lot and your team reminds me a lot of them. The key to the game no question is Melvin Goins. Ashton Gibbs makes that Pitt team go. He can get his shot whenever he wants it. Wannamaker is very overrated not a good shooter. I think you guys will take this game if you dont turn the ball over. Pitt is a tough place to play. If you stay composed you will win.

i am worried about the lay off, it my take a half to get back in stride. if its a blow out it could effect a young ball club without a proven leader.

I hope to see Hopson take charge and make that his role.
