It all makes sense to me now. Dooley will go 7-5 this year and the forces that be will make a change. They will throw the money at Gruden, keep DD on as recruiting coordinator and keep most of the staff in place. The transition will be perfect and all will be happy in Big Orange Country!!!

LAST 10 YEARS IN THE NFL WINNING % .450.

He needs to stay in the booth!!!!!

Jon Gruden has already been in contact with those in charge at UT. He is the coach in waiting and its in his ESPN contract that if his dream job comes open (UT) he has an out. Dont shoot the messenger, this is from a reliable source within the program who has never been wrong the entire time ive known him. :)

If Tenn is his dream job why didn't he take it the last two times it was open? In other news, Notre Dame is Urban Meyers dream job.
