GT vs Virginia. Thursday on ESPN

GT fumbles on their own 10; yard line on some quasi triple option garbage.

Apparently running off Paul Johnson didn't drive home the point.

Anymore, I think I'm just gonna watch GT to remind myself of what it was like to watch UT for most of the last 15 years.

Is this crap for real?

Missed field goal to give the ball back to GT and then an immediate interception

It looks like GT could be heading to a 5-7 record and the Birmingham or Gasparilla Bowls to play possibly 6-6 South Carolina.

Amen. ACC football has such a junior varsity quality about it. The stadiums, the fan support, the offensive execution ... everything is 2nd rate.
That wide shot of Bobby Dodd in the 3rd quarter was sad. That stadium wasn't even half full. Tech has one home game left against Miami and I've seen tickets for less than $20.

That conference badly, badly needs FSU and Miami to get good again. Virginia Tech is an absolute train wreck too.
They’ve never all been good at the same time while in the ACC. I don’t know what’s happened to VT. They might be the worst or second worst P5 team. They’re awful.

That QB for GT should never see the field again. He literally quit on the last play of the game.
He's the backup.
The starter went down in the first half.
The other two QBs I saw on the sidelines last night looked like they were 12.
That was a terrible play for sure.

Beamer was dirty as hell and his successors haven't been afforded the same freedom.

I tried to watch this game last night but got severely bored. Bad football hurts my brain.
