those whove played sports and work in mgmt know when u have a winner, uve got a winner...we hired a winner. weve. not had a winner since cpf. butch has a huuuuge hole to fill. hes shown he knows the gaps and is filling them.

we have one of toughest schedules! buckle in!

now butch can still be held accountable like any other payroll employee for bad decisions. and hes made a few. but, this team is coached better than others

A word of advice to Vol fans. Stop looking back. Look at today and toward the future. That is what Butch and the team are doing. Get as real as they are. Then is it easy to observe the results no matter what they are as a step toward the ultimate goal of building a top program. Forget the past failures of the last 10 years - can't change them anyway.
